The following statistics were painstakingly compiled by three-time race winner, Dave Dunham. We appreciate Dave's enthusiasm and tenacity in researching this information. These statistics were updated on 1/15/07 and the full details can be seen below!

Summary:

  • Five people finished in under 1:05 (best is 8 in 1999)
  • Seventeen people finished in under 1:10 (best is 20 in 1999)
  • Seven women finished in under 1:20 (previous best was four, in various years)
  • Nineteen women finished in under 1:30 (best is 23 in 2004)
  • Anna Pirchtova ran the 4th fastest time ever
  • Nicole hunt ran the 9th fastest time ever
  • Laura Haefeli ran the 23rd fastest time ever
  • Eric Blake ran the 18th fastest time ever
  • Paul Low ran the 23rd fastest time ever

Team Results

  • CMS won its 15th consecutive title, running the 13th fastest time ever.
  • CMS 40+ won its second consecutive title, again setting a course record with a 47 minute win over the PR Moose milers. CMS 40+ time was good enough for second overall.
  • PR Moose won the 50+ with the 5th fastest time and a 3.5 min. victory over WCRC.
  • La Sportiva set a new women’s CR by 8 minutes in a 6 min. win over Moving Comfort (who were also under the record). The CMS women finished 3rd with a time that ranks as histories 8th fastest.
  • PR Moose won the 40+ women’s with the 2nd fastest time ever (behind only their CR from 2005).
  • PR Moose also won the 50+ with the 5th fastest time ever.

  • Women Sub-1:30 (All-time)
  • Suzy West moved up to a tie for 4th with seven finishes under 1:30
  • Women Sub-1:20 (All-time)
  • Anna moved into a tie (w. Julie Peterson) for 1st with five sub 1:20 finishes.
  • Men Sub-1:15 (All-time)
  • Keith Woodward leads with 22
  • Steve Peterson moved into a tie for 2nd (with Mike Casner) with 18.
  • Dunham, Verrington, and Morse all moved up with 16, 14, and 12 sub 1:15’s and trail only Hodge (17).
  • Men Sub-1:10 (All-time)
  • Keith Woodward leads with 16.
  • Dave Dunham moved up to second with 15.
  • Morse now has 12 and has the 5th most sub 1:10’s.
  • Simon Gutierrez moved into a tie (with Gary Crossan) with six sup 1:10’s. Which ranks him 10th on the list.
  • Men Sub 1:05 (All-time)
  • DD leads with 13.
  • Morse moved into a tie (with Hodge) for 2nd with 8.
  • Simon G moved into 4th with six.
  • Crossan, Fram, and Carpenter have five sub 1:05’s.
