Race Time Predictor by Ken Tripp

To predict Mt. Washington time, enter your previous time in any (or all) races contained within the Excel spreadsheet below (please scroll down as there are 6 options). Enter your time in the yellow highlighted box in the hh:mm:ss format. For example, enter 58:02 as 00:58:02.
Note: For this predictor to work you must possess Microsoft Excel on your desktop and then download the file onto your desktop.

If you haven't run one of the mountain races in the past, you can get a range of times based on any race you've run, just enter the distance and time. The 20K - 1/2 marathon rule of thumb will be used.

Also, for each prediction, your estimate split time to meet that estimate are calculated. The splits are not even (i.e. time/7.6), instead they are based on Dave Dunham's average splits over the years. Please note the first marker is at .9 miles.
